It requires not only self-awareness, but also the awareness and understanding of the other culture. It requires open-mindedness, keen observation, flexible adaptation while still being authentic to yourself and the others.
Humour could help, a bit playfulness won’t hurt.

When needed, I invite you to examine the culture identities and characteristics based on different tools, e.g. Hofstede 6 Culture Dimensions, Erin Meyer Country Mapping tool, etc., together with questions, role play and reflections, to support you to become mindful of culture differences and work with them, while showing up still as authentic, with your strengths and uniqueness.

In this program, we will explore not only your personal “DNA”, but career related motivators & interests, skills & capabilities, past experiences and current reality.
​
From there, we will together explore and brainstorm your options, and set up goals and “experimenta plans”. I will be there to support you overcoming fears, and to hold you accountable for actions, progress and learnings.
Keeping it all flexible, like the water
My coaching services are provided in flexible locations.
It can be provided via virtual communication tools (e.g. Zoom, WhatsApp and Wechat), in nature, along the river, or any other virtual or physical places you desire.
